Philip Yeo, is currently the chairperson of SPRING Singapore. He was formerly the Special Adviser for Economic Development in the Prime Minister's Office from April 2007 to August 2011. Mr. Yeo was the first chairman of the National Computer Board from 1981 to 1987, where he played a leading role in formulating and championing Singapore’s first national computerization plan to bring the nation into the information age. Mr. Yeo holds an M.S. in systems engineering from the University of Singapore and an M.B.A. from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
